Ordering Information~How to Order

To order, you can browse or search to find the item you require, and then click the "Add to Basket" button for that product to add it to your shopping basket. The basket with your goods in is shown at on the top of the screen, and at a glance you can see the number of items in it and the total value in it.

When you are finished selecting items, or if you simply want to see a detailed view of your basket, then click the "Checkout" button at the top right of the screen. A detailed basket view and order form will be displayed. If you wish to order, fill in the form and then click the "Send Order" button.

You will then be transferred to our secure payment server to enter you card details in a secure and encrypted environment. Enter your details and click "Make Payment" to complete your purchase. A confirmation screen will be displayed and you will be sent confirmation emails from our payment service provider and from Value2you.co.uk to confirm your order. Check your bulk/junk mail folders if you see the confirmation screen but do not receive any emails.
