Delivery Information~All orders within the UK will be sent by either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or City Link. Orders placed before 3.00pm should be shipped same day (dependant on stock). International orders will be sent by either the Royal Mail AirMail service or their SwiftAir service. The exact service we choose to use is dependant on a number of factors, such as your location, the size and value of your goods.

Items sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Airmail and SwiftAir, will in most cases require a signature.
If there is nobody available to sign for a parcel we sent, then the item will be returned to your local mail delivery or sorting office (not a post office), and a card will be left that gives you details of the collection procedure. You may phone the number on the card and request an alternative delivery date or you could travel to the delivery office yourself and collect the parcel. Parcels will usually be held for at least one week before being returned to us, at which stage we will contact you to arrange payment for a second delivery.
If an order has not arrived within 15 days, or 28 days for international orders, then contact us so the delay can be investigated. Usually we will find that an item is waiting at your local delivery office for collection, but very occasionally items do go missing in the postal system. If this happens then we will ship replacement items as soon as Royal Mail confirm officially that an item has been lost (Usually same day). Unfortunately we cannot start tracing missing orders until the timescale detailed above has elapsed.
Exact delivery times are dependant on the delivery service you choose, the efficiency of your local postal service and the stock status of the goods you order. Unfortunately we cannot provide exact or guaranteed delivery dates unless you chose City Link "Next Day Delivery" as the other delivery options use non guaranteed Royal Mail services.
How long does delivery take?For UK orders, express delivery items usually take 1 to 3 working days, and standard delivery items take 3 to 7 working days. Please contact us if UK orders have not arrived within 10 working days of ordering or international orders have not arrived within 4 weeks of ordering, and we will then investigate the delay.
The product I want isn't on your web site, can you supply it?Yes, although most of the items we stock are listed on our web site, if an item is not listed then we can try and source it for you. If you would like to be notified of any new products we stock, you can join our newsletter mailing list using the link on our home page.
My country is not listed on your checkout page?If your country is not listed on our checkout page then it means that we do not accept orders, either for billing or delivery, to your country. Our list of accepted countries is unlikely to change in the future.
