Returns Information~Our returns policy is that you may return any goods to us for a refund provided they are completely as new in the condition delivered to you in the first place. We must be informed by email or telephone with in 5 working days of the delivery from us.
The cost of returning the goods to us will be your responsibility and cost. We are also unable to refund your original delivery cost unless the items are faulty.
All of the products value2you sell come with a full one year return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. If a product is returned faulty Value2you will refund your cost of postage.
All faulty product returns must be authorised in advance by email, post or phone prior to sending the goods back for repair or replacement.
Please remember while the goods are in your possession they are your responsibility. The ownership of the goods do not pass to the customer until they are paid for in full.
